Workshops
An Invitation to Create offers a variety of themed visual journaling workshops that integrate somatic practices and the SoulPages™ method. This method is an intuitive art process consisting of seven key elements: Intention, Background, Image, Color, Text and Magical Coincidence.
Each workshop provides a unique creative journey, combining mixed-media art techniques with guided reflection and intuitive exploration.
No artistic experience is required—only curiosity and an open heart.
Whispers of a Wild Heart
An Intuitive Journey into the Realms of Your Power Animals: Whispers of a Wild Heart is an immersive six-session online workshop designed to help you connect with your power animal guides. Through the ages, many shamanic practices have relied on the spirit of animals for support and guidance. In this course, you will explore some contemporary perspectives and formulate your personal connections with power animals.
Each two and a half hour session will include somatic exercises and guided visualization. These practices will be aligned with the specific subject/realm being explored: Inner Artist, Earth, Water, Using mixed media techniques, you will create journal spreads that embody the essence of each journey and celebrate the connections you make along the way.
No prior experience is requaired – just a curiousity and a willingness to explore.

Every one of us began as an artist, creating with the kind of boundless freedom we only knew as children. While the years may have quieted that spark, your Inner Artist is still there—curious, resilient, and ready for a new adventure.
I invite you to join me for this five-part immersive course where we will dive into the rich, expressive world of the visual journal. Using the SoulPages™ method, created by Rakefet Hadar, we will learn to speak the vibrant language of mixed media within our own self-bound journals. Together, we will explore the Seven Elements of Visual Journaling: Intention, Magical Coincidence, Background, Color, Image, Line and Text. These five meetings are a space for pure joy and discovery, offering you the tools to reignite your passion and create without judgment.
No prior experience is required—just an open heart and a curiosity to create.

Color Archetypes
A Soulful Map of Your Inner Light.
We are all born with a unique energetic palette—a vibrant set of colors that have shaped our journey from the very beginning. Within you live three essential energies: your core energy, your connection energy, and your spiritual energy. When we understand these internal forces, we can navigate our lives with more grace, creativity, and fulfillment.
I invite you to join me for this transformative course exploring the Color Archetypes method, developed by Rakefet Hadar. Together, we will use the visual journal as a sacred mirror to identify and balance these energies, moving toward a state of deep tranquility and joy.
We will learn to map the energies residing within us, using color as a language to touch our higher spirit and “self-archetype.” Each session uses guided journeys to help you recognize and harmonize your internal archetypes. We will dive into a fascinating process of revisiting our earliest energetic imprints. This is a powerful tool you can use again and again to heal old wounds and consciously create the life you desire.
